All of us at Envirobuy want you to be completely satisfied with purchases you have made.  Do not hesitate to call or email us if you are not entirely satisfied so we can rectify any problems quickly.


But if you want to return an item

We try to make sure that any products displayed on envirobuy.co.uk are described and photographed accurately, however sometimes differences may occur. Please be aware that sizes, colours and designs may vary.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have received, just return it (preferably in original postage packaging, and with you customer advise note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund or replace with no questions asked, and no quibbling. Any items returned under Envirobuy’s 14 days returns policy must be unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact.  Please be aware that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We can only replace with identical products (although requests for different sizes and other design aspects of like-for-like products are generally acceptable). If you wish to order additional items then these will be treated as a new order. The Envirobuy guarantee is in addition to you statuary rights.

If you are returning an item because of an error made by us or because it is damaged or defective, we will happily refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll refund any postal costs incurred.  If your goods have been damaged in any way or has become broken in transit then please contact us at enquiries@envirobuy.co.uk.
